The Easter Bonnet

Another remote shoot with the very lovely Carla Monaco, featuring soft spring like themes with a hint of Easter. We got started fairly quickly as the set and Carla were all ready to go. Starting off with a painterly version…then moving on to traditional images, keeping the tones light, soft and airy

Then a quick change of outfit……

Another quick change in outfit….

Another change cuz why not…..I love different changes and outfits

Another great shoot with Carla comes to an end, but with more to come at a later date. Anyone looking to start trying remote shoots then I highly recommend booking Carla as her husband Adrian is there to guide you through the process and make any changes that might be needed. It’s a great team that will give beginners and pros excellent images quickly and easily.

The Flame at Basford Hurst

One of the benefits of remote shoots is being able to shoot in places you just can’t get to without a major upheaval and expense. And so it was that I snapped up the chance to work with Ivory Flame at Basford Hurst Cottage, a lovely place with lots of opportunities for classic images. Once we got the technical stuff set up we started off will a classic big dress on the staircase…quite tricky light and a good deal of editing needed to control the contrast, but well worth it.

And the same dress but with a change of colour, which I have to say took quite a bit of editing to get right.

Then a change of scene using the fantastic sunlight coming through the window…

Ivory Flame – double trouble

And some more window fun…..

And finally some art nude….

And so it ended, another ivory Flame adventure which always ends way too soon. However we still got to catch up, chat and discuss life, the universe and everything. If you are watching this and you haven’t booked this outstanding model then it’s about time you did, cuz like….you know you want to!

The Gates of Delirium with Chiara Elisabetta

On a cold but sunny February morning, I teamed up with Chiara for a remote shoot in which we adlibbed and generally winged it…cuz that’s what we do sometimes. We put a large mirror in the window to cut down the light but also to add a reflection. This worked out well and added a certain unusual element….

Chiara Elisabetta

Add with a touch of lingerie….

Then we changed rooms for quite a different look…with a moving sofa that had a life of its own, a great source of amusing outtakes I may add.

In the end we ran out of time, actually to be more honest I lost track of time, however it was a very productive shoot and Chiara is very lovely to work with. She is very professional and fun, quick to have a chuckle and very creative. Highly recommended on a remote or a ‘in person’ shoot.
