August is the month of Artemis, her usual annual tour of Scotland. She managed to book a hotel room at Dunkeld House Hotel, just an ideal place to shoot. Now hotel room are not the easiest to shoot as the light can be tricky and the room dimensions tend to be difficult to work with. However this time we managed to get a good angle on the situation and we first worked with the window light….

Then using the natural light from the window….

Then using the bath tub in the room….

The using the window and curtain for some semi silhouette images…….

After we left the hotel we went round the ground of the hotel for some location shots…we found a grotto near the river….

Then down on the river for the final section of the shoot…

Artemis then scooted off for another shoot, and returned for a well earned glass of red wine and a lamb curry. In the morning she headed back down south after a successful Scottish tour….looking forward to next year.
